Supporting Live Projects: Welcoming Dominik Pluszczok
Joining our Contracts team is Dominik Pluszczok, who recently completed his MEng in Automotive Engineering from the University of Surrey.
Dominik brings practical engineering experience from his year in industry as a Manufacturing Engineer with Bucher Municipal. During that time, he developed skills in:
- Production process optimisation
- Practical problem-solving
- Cross-department collaboration
- Leadership, communication, and organisation
Since joining us in late September, Dominik has already made a positive impact. His structured approach to project support and willingness to engage proactively with new challenges make him a strong addition to the Contracts department. As he continues to gain experience within the transformer and rectifier sector, we are confident he will become an integral part of our project delivery team.
Strengthening Our Tendering Expertise: Introducing Selim Duran
We are pleased to welcome Selim Duran as our new Tendering Engineer.
With almost 17 years of experience in the transformer industry, Selim brings extensive technical and commercial knowledge gained through roles at various international transformer manufacturers. His career has seen him work across:
- Transformer design and engineering
- Manufacturing processes and production environments
- Commercial and contractual frameworks for large-scale projects
This combination of experience provides Selim with a comprehensive understanding of how to translate customer requirements into robust and competitive proposals. His insight will further strengthen our tendering processes as we continue to support utilities, industrial clients, and infrastructure partners across global markets.
Selim’s broad perspective and industry awareness will play an important role in helping us deliver tailored, innovative solutions that meet the highest technical and safety standards.
