Delivering Engineering Excellence Across Key Projects
Throughout the year, our teams have worked across multiple sectors to design and deliver bespoke transformer and rectifier solutions, each built to meet the specific needs of our customers. Among the highlights:
High-Power Transformer Rectifier Units – 6.5 MW
This year saw the successful delivery of 6.5 MW Transformer Rectifier Units, engineered for reliability and long-term performance in demanding applications. Their completion reinforces our capability in the upper range of high-power rectifier systems.
Hermetically Sealed Three-Phase Transformers for Malaysia
We also completed several copper-wound, hermetically sealed outdoor transformers destined for Malaysia. These units were custom-designed to withstand challenging climatic conditions while maintaining stable, efficient performance.
Bespoke Transformer Replacement With Zero Site Alterations
One of the more unique projects in 2025 involved replacing an old site transformer while keeping the existing infrastructure completely unchanged. Through careful design work — including custom cable box engineering and precise mechanical alignment — our team delivered a seamless solution that required no modification to the site.
2.5 MVA Shore to Ship Power Supply
Supporting cleaner and more efficient port operations, our shore-to-ship power supply provided ships with stable electrical power while berthed, reducing emissions and improving safety for marine facilities.
Earthing Transformers for a Major Dublin Substation
Our work also extended to Ireland, where we provided earthing transformers for an important infrastructure upgrade in Dublin — supporting network resilience, protection, and long-term system performance.
Engaging With Industry and Expanding Our Global Presence
Asia Pacific Rail 2025
We held productive meetings with operators and engineering specialists at Asia Pacific Rail, strengthening our engagement within the global traction and rail power sector.
Visit to the University of Nottingham PEMC Institute
Our team visited the Power Electronics, Machines and Control Research Institute, spending time with academics and researchers to discuss innovation, future technologies, and opportunities for collaboration.
South East Asia Tour
This year’s regional tour saw us meet customers and partners in Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. These discussions offered valuable insight into industry developments and reflected the growing demand for high-quality electrical infrastructure across the region.
